Drawing on nearly three decades of sales and customer service experience, Kim has dedicated the last quarter of her life to serving as a Family Services Counselor representing 16 different Dignity Memorial locations throughout San Diego County.

I help families navigate through the details of pre-planning for both cemetery and funerals with compassion and understanding. My extensive background and experience has equipped me with the unique skills necessary to approach sensitive conversations with empathy, ensuring families feel supported and understood. I believe in creating a safe, respectful environment where families can express their personal wants and needs, and find solace in knowing their final wishes will be honored according to their preferences.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, 3 dogs and I enjoy roller skating as one of my lifelong passions.
